Shipping Policy

Most orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. In many cases, your order will even ship the same day! We are very upfront about our shipping costs. We use a cost based shipping rate so that you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own order and we take care in packaging each order before shipment.

Free Shipping for Orders over $200

We are proud to offer free standard shipping for all purchases of over $200. Simply checkout with at least $200 in products in your shopping cart. During the checkout process you will be provided with an option to select "Free Standard Ground." Please note that the value of products alone in the cart must exceed $300 before including tax or shipping costs. Shipping Information

All items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) Ground. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer a choice of shipping vendors. Shipment times vary depending on what area of the country we are shipping to. Depending on your location shipping using standard ground can take up to 6 business days. Shipping rates are based on shipping within the continental United States. Rates are based on the non-taxable amount and are as follows:

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If for some unforeseen reason your item is not available you will be notified by e-mail.

Expedited Shipping

We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Please contact us if you have an urgent delivery request.

Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii

We proudly ship to these locations. There is no additional shipping charge to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.

International Shipping

We apologize but WallDecals.com only does business in the United States and at this time does not sell to international customers. We can only process orders from US based customers shipping to US based locations. We also require payment via US credit card or PayPal.

Our Refund and Return Policy

At WallDecals.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are very confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. That being said, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund (net of any shipping fees) within 14 days of receipt of items.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

Once an RMA number has been received please package and pay to ship the items back to us. We recommend shipping via UPS or USPS Priority Mail to allow package tracking. Products must be returned unopened in the original condition and packaging. If possible, please include a copy of your sales receipt for faster service. When we receive the item, we will credit your account and send you a copy of the refund memo.

Shipping fees are not refundable. Also, if you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees incurred to ship the products to you. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
