Ordering

Do you charge sales tax?
WallDecals.com is required by law to collect sales tax for all orders shipping to California. We do not collect sales tax for orders shipping to other states.

What are my payment options?
WallDecals.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments. For your convenience, we also accept payment via PayPal.

What is the currency for all prices?
All prices for wall decals and other products listed on our website are quoted in United States Dollars.

What is WallDecals.com's pricing & discount policy?
WallDecals.com' prices are extremely competitive with those of other retailers in the industry. Occasionaly, we send out coupons and promotional offers to members on our mailing list. We also offer complimentary free shipping within the United States for all orders over $100.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only support orders for shipment to the United States. We do not ship orders to Canada, Mexico or other international locations.Is ordering online from WallDecals.com safe and secure?WallDecals.com assures that all credit card and payment transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses the industry standard secure socket layer (SSL) certification. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your confidential information once it is in our records.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. If you have created an account with us, you will be able to track the progress of your order.

How much do you charge for shipping?

What are your shipping methods?
We currently use FedEx and UPS to ship most orders. We do not support selection of a specific shipping vendor. For more information, please consult our shipping page at Shipping & Returns.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Most products ship within 1 to 3 days of ordering. Depending on your location please add another 3 to 6 days to account for ground shipping. Packages weighing over 3 lbs typically take 6 business days via ground delivery.

Do you accept rush or expedited orders?
At this time we do not support rush or expedited orders.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your refund policy?
At WallDecals.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us.
